SFPOA Board Meeting Minutes In accordance to sub division by laws of the State of Illinois, SFPOA holds formal regularly scheduled monthly meetings. Approved monthly meeting minutes are distributed to property owners the following month of each meeting. The annual meeting is held during the month of November when the election of officers is announced and plans for the forth coming year are presented to SFPOA members. SFPOA meets on the Fourth Wednesday of each month for regular monthly meetings at 7:30 PM at the Campton Community Center located at 5N082 Old Lafox Rd., Wasco. Please be advised that the annual SFPOA meeting will be held on December 3 at the Campton Community Center. Counting of the ballots starts at 6:30PM. The annual meeting starts at 7:30 PM, immediately followed by a regular monthly meeting. |
