SFPOA Covenants of Restrictions

SFPOA building, landscape and general property appearance are governed by Covenants of Restriction that are filed with Kane County and are enforced by the elected board of SFPOA. New construction, changes to existing home structure appearance, and landscape need prior approval by the elected Board of SFPOA. Also covered in the covenants is a provision for the maintenance of street parkways, cul-de-sac plantings and general maintenance. This general maintenance is performed by professional insured service companies by approved contact.

The purpose of the Covenants of Restriction is to protect fellow homeowner investments by the maintenance of general appearance of the subdivision.
